Documents Tab
The Documents tab is where you manage all documents associated with an application, including uploaded documents, generated documents, stipulation requirements, and e-signatures.
Tab Overview
The Documents tab is organized into sections:

Uploaded Documents
Document List
Each uploaded document shows:

- Click the document name or view icon
- Document opens in viewer
- Use controls to:
- Zoom in/out
- Navigate pages
- Rotate view

Stipulations
What Are Stipulations?
Stipulations are required items that must be satisfied before loan funding or account opening. They act as a checklist of conditions.
Stipulation List

Stipulation Statuses

Managing Stipulations
Adding a Stipulation:
- Click Add Stipulation
- Select stipulation type
- Set required/optional
- Set due date (optional)
- Click Add
Clearing a Stipulation:
- Receive document from applicant
- Review document
- Click Accept if satisfactory
- Stipulation status updates automatically
Waiving a Stipulation:
- Click Waive on the stipulation
- Enter reason for waiver
- May require supervisor approval
- Document waiver reason
Waiving required stipulations may require additional approval. Check your policy.
E-Signature
E-Signature Status

Request Documents
Send document request to applicant:
- Click Request Documents
- Select documents needed
- Choose delivery method (Email, SMS, Both)
- Customize message
- Click Send
Upload Document
Upload documents manually:
- Click Upload Document
- Select document type
- Choose file from computer
- Add description (optional)
- Click Upload
Send Reminder
Remind applicant of outstanding items:
- Click Send Reminder
- Review outstanding stipulations
- Customize reminder message
- Select delivery method
- Click Send

- Clear, legible scans
- Complete documents (all pages)
- Current documents (within 30-60 days)
- Matching names to application
For Staff:

- Documents visible only to authorized users

Retention
