Dashboard Overview

The SavvyMoney dashboard is your central hub for managing loan applications, deposit accounts, and daily workflows. This guide explains the main components and how to navigate effectively.

Main Dashboard Layout​

When you log in, you'll see the main dashboard with several key areas:

The top navigation bar provides access to:

  • Home - Return to the main dashboard
  • Applications - View and manage all applications
  • Reports - Access reporting and analytics
  • Settings - System configuration (admin only)
  • User Menu - Profile, preferences, and logout

Dashboard Widgets​

The dashboard displays widgets showing key metrics:

Quick Actions​

Common actions available from the dashboard:

  • New Application - Start a new loan or account application

Application Queue​

The main work area displays your application queue:

Queue Columns​

Queue Views​

Switch between different queue views:

  • All Applications - Every application in the system
  • My Queue - Applications assigned to you
  • Unassigned - Applications not yet assigned
  • By Status - Filter by specific status
  • By Product - Filter by loan/account type

Status Indicators​

Applications display color-coded status indicators:

Dashboard Metrics​

Daily Metrics​

The dashboard shows real-time metrics:

Performance Charts​

Visual charts display:

  • Application Volume - Daily/weekly/monthly trends
  • Approval Rates - Percentage of approvals over time
  • Processing Time - Average time from application to decision
  • Funding Volume - Dollar amount funded

The search bar supports multiple search types:

  • Application ID - Enter the app ID directly
  • Name Search - Search by applicant name
  • SSN Search - Last 4 digits of SSN
  • Phone Search - Phone number lookup
Search Tips
  • Use quotes for exact matches: "John Smith"
  • Partial matches work for most fields
  • Search is not case-sensitive

Customizing Your Dashboard​

Column Configuration​

Customize which columns appear in your queue:

  1. Click the Columns button
  2. Check/uncheck columns to show/hide
  3. Drag columns to reorder
  4. Click Save to preserve your settings

Default Filters​

Set default filters for your dashboard:

  1. Apply your preferred filters
  2. Click Save as Default
  3. Dashboard will load with these filters

Widget Arrangement​

Rearrange dashboard widgets:

  1. Click and drag widget headers
  2. Resize widgets by dragging edges
  3. Click Reset Layout to restore defaults

Refreshing Data​

Dashboard data updates automatically, but you can manually refresh:

  • Auto-refresh - Data updates every 30-60 seconds
  • Manual refresh - Click the refresh icon or press r
  • Full reload - Press F5 or Cmd+R to reload the page

Mobile Access​

The dashboard is responsive and works on mobile devices:

  • Tablet - Full functionality with optimized layout
  • Phone - Essential features with simplified interface
  • Mobile App - Dedicated app available for iOS and Android
