How to Filter Applications
Effective filtering helps you quickly find the applications you need. The Lending & Deposit tool offers powerful filtering options on the dashboard to streamline your workflow.
Basic Filtering

For both Lending and Deposits screens, you can filter to narrow down applications displayed using the simplified criteria above, selecting what you'd like to search by, which contain the following options:

First Name

Contact No.

Email

Underwriting Application # (if Lending is toggled)

Core Account# (if Deposit is toggled)

Referral #

App ID

SSN

Lead#

Business Name
To the right of the drop down, enter in the second value before hitting search.
Advanced Filtering
For more in-depth filtering, select the Filters button.

Choose from prevously saved filters

Applications - Choose from "My Applications" or "Branch Applications"

My Applications: Refers to applications create by you in the back-office or assigned to you

Branch Applications: Refers to applications with a branch assigned to it
- Subfilter for Branch Name with the drop down

Employee - Select to view applications assigned to a specific employee by email

Product - Select specific products that are configured for your institution

Application Status - Specify applications under a specific status (e.g. ACH Details collected, Approved, Documents Requested, etc.)

Number of Prior Days - Enter how many days worth of applications before today you want to display

Save a specific search criteria to easily use in the future
